Arianna Domenech
I grew up in the Swiss Alps with Italian and Spanish roots. I speak Italian, Spanish, German, and English, and to be honest, I’m a little shy. At age 11, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. It made me stronger than ever, but it also meant learning how to take care of myself in a whole new way.
Like many girls, I went through a period of overtraining and undereating in my teenage years. It took time, trial, and error to find balance. Guided by my studies, I learned how to properly nourish my body to support training in a healthy way. Running, strength training, and whole foods gave me a clear mind, happiness, and connection with nature.
Today I’m studying a BSc in Strength & Conditioning, a certified personal trainer, and have completed multiple nutrition courses including Stanford’s and Harvard’s Nutrition Science Programs. I’m also a lover of ice skating, riding, painting, writing, and time outdoors with animals.
My mission is simple. To help women build strength, fall in love with movement and whole foods, and create a sustainable, healthier lifestyle filled with self-love.
